Helping Clients Think About Living...
Professional training programs rarely teach the skills necessary to adequately recognize and manage clients at risk for suicide. Few clinicians have time to keep up with the latest literature on indicators for suicide risk and effective management of care as well as The Joint Commission requirements.
The next training is in the works.....
Do you want to learn how to detect a person who may be suicidal?
Do you want to learn how to manage someone in a crisis without panicking or suggesting they call 911?
1. Develop an awareness of clients who are suicidal.
2. Comprehend effective prevention methods.
3. Understand suicide across all ages and cultures.
